Product Sales Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our handmade personal care, wellness, and beauty products, all sales are final.

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Hair oils

Soaps

Candles

Opened or used merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Kristy's Naturals within 3 business days of delivery.

Please provide:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of packaging (if damaged)


Approved claims may qualify for:

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your service total.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit any deposits paid.

Hair Extension & Specialty Hair Services

Clients are responsible for:

Following all pre-appointment instructions

Arriving with hair prepared as instructed

Purchasing required hair if not included


No refunds will be issued once installation services have been completed.

Gift Cards

Gift cards:

Are non-refundable

Cannot be redeemed for cash

Must be presented at the time of use

May not be replaced if lost or stolen

Loyalty Rewards Program

Loyalty rewards, discounts, promotions, and special offers:

All products, services, deposits, and gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our beauty, wellness, personal care, and handmade products, Kristy's Naturals does not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or payment reversals once a purchase has been completed.

Returns & Exchanges

Store Credit (When Eligible)

To request consideration for store credit, customers must provide:

Approved claims may receive:

  • Store credit
  • Product replacement
  • Comparable item replacement

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
